These are the hands-on classes I'm offering in year 2019. If time allowed I will make more class sample. Class fees subject to change based on the location and host charges.

Turtle-y Awesome Hands-on Class

​

4 hours class

Class Fees: $180

Class Level: Beginner to Intermediate Level

​

All class materials will be provided in the class to work on 3 cookies shown in the picture.

You can bring home 3 cookies that you work on

Class is limited to 24 participants.

​

Class Description:

  1. Understanding of icing consistency that make the difference

  2. Dimensional piping using colored icing

  3. Piping method to create clean, puffy and smooth sections

  4. Details piping and painting

  5. Painting techniques on how to do shading to make your design more pop up

Little Boy Hands On Class

​

4 hours class

Class Fees: $190

Class Level: Intermediate to Advanced Level

​

All class materials will be provided in the class to work on 2 cookies shown in the picture.

You can bring home 2 cookies that you work on.

Class is limited to 24 participants.

Class Description:

  1. Demo on how to achieve background effect

  2. Pressure Piping with white icing – how to achieve smooth, clean and puffy sections for better painting later

  3. Dusting – use petal dust for background shading, body shading and cheek blush 

  4. Painting – shading and blending techniques, how to use color to achieve different shades

  5. Detail Painting – outline, eyes painting, other details

  6. Additional – technique to create glossy effect after painting

  1. Airbrushing – airbrush with stencil, airbrush painting – wood grain effect, shading 

  2. Painting – detail painting with color and gold powder

  3. Lettering – how to pipe letters

  4. Stained glass effect

  5. Needle point piping – using needle point silicone mat

  6. Wet on wet technique

  7. Eyelet lace technique

  8. Quilting technique

  9. Brush embroidery technique

Girl in the Frame Hands On Class

Class Level: Intermediate to Advanced Level

You can bring home 1 double cookie that you work on.

Class is limited to 24 participants.

Class Description:

  1. 2D Painting – how to do shading and blending, using colors to create different shades, outline

  2. Wood bark frame – how to create wood bark effect, shading with color dusts

  3. Wafer paper flowers

  4. How to mold flowers, leaves and butterfly with modeling chocolate

  5. Detail Piping

Baby in Diaper Hands-on Class

 

4 hours class

Class Fees: $190

Class Level: Intermediate to Advanced Level

All class materials will be provided in the class.

You can bring home 2 cookies that you work on.

Class is limited to 24 participants.

 

Class Description:

  1. Understanding of icing consistency that make the difference

  2. You are going to learn how to pipe dimensional sections using colored icing

  3. Concept and technique to pipe each sections with step by step

  4. Piping method to create clean, puffy and smooth sections

  5. Method to create creased lines

  6. Panting - how to paint eyes, shading and highlights

  7. Using Hot Hands Modeling Chocolate for the details. You will learn how to color it, mold it and make it sparkle

Character Balloons Hands On Class

Class Fees: $25

Class Level: Entry/Beginner Level 

This class is for someone has never done cookie before, or you are just starting, or entry level and for children age 7 and above.

​

All class materials will be provided in the class.

You can bring home 6 cookies that you work on. (Children will work on smaller cookie size)

Class is limited to 25 participants.

​

Class Description:

  1. Learn to do flooding and how to smooth the icing

  2. Learn to pipe dot with wet on wet technique

  3. Learn to pipe eyes

  4. Piping some minimal details

  5. Adding modeling chocolate molded details

Class Level: Entry/Beginner Level 

This class is for someone has never done cookie before, or you are just starting, or entry level and for children age 7 and above.

​

All class materials will be provided in the class.

You can bring home 6 cookies that you work on. (Children will work on smaller cookie size)

Class is limited to 25 participants.

​

Class Description:

  1. Learn to do flooding and how to smooth the icing

  2. Piping details with different icing consistency – eyes, leaves, teeth, ears, mouth

  3. Adding modeling chocolate molded details
