Cookie cutter is made to order. Order cancellation can be made only within 2 hours after order placed and can fully refund.

In case you received damage/broken items due to transportation damage by postal service OR missing items/package, email to us at cookiesartbyshirlyn@gmail.com and provide picture proof of damaged items within 48 hours. We will either refund/replace your order.

Processing Time

Processing time is 1-2 business days depending the amount order received. If you order over weekend, it will ship on Monday. Otherwise, your order will ship next business day.
