Cookie cutter is made to order. Order cancellation can be made only within 2 hours after order placed and can fully refund.

In case you received damage/broken items due to transportation damage by postal service OR missing items/package, email to us at cookiesartbyshirlyn@gmail.com and provide picture proof of damaged items within 48 hours. We will either refund/replace your order.

Please read the care instruction before your purchase. Contact us to discuss your issue, we will try to compensate your damage if you have valid reason. We have rights to reject compensation request with our strict policy. This may no refund/replacement.

Processing Time

Processing time is 1-2 business days depending the amount order received. If you order over weekend, it will ship on Monday. Otherwise, your order will ship next business day. I will try ship as soon as possible when your order done printing. An email notification will be sent once it is ready to ship. So, please check your email for the tracking info.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time within North America is 1-5 business days after your order processed and ready to ship. Tracking info will be sent to your email. Follow the shipping carrier info to track your package.
